Login to old MyChart
As a patient of Riverview Health, you may have received an email or text message asking you to set up a new MyChart account. Here is what you need to know:
- We are transitioning to a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, which requires all patients to create a new MyChart account.
- Patient data are added to the new MyChart system in batches. If you haven't received an email to set up the account, do not worry. You will be receiving them shortly.
- There will also be the opportunity to receive an activation code at your next appointment. If you have not received a code and would like to sign up now, please call 1-855-222-3648.
- In the email communication, you will receive instructions to set up the new account. The new system will be fully active post launch which is February 21st. Meanwhile, you will have only limited resources available in the new system.
- Patients that are activating ahead of go live will not see their proxies in MyChart until February 21st or later.
- Your previous MyChart will remain available for one year, and you will still be able to view past appointments, medical records, and test results there.
- All future appointments will appear in the new MyChart system. Starting February 21, you will also be able to message your provider through the new system.
- For visits prior to February 21st, you will need to log into your old MyChart account to pay the bill. For visits 2/21 or later, you will be able to pay these balances in your new MyChart.
