Prepare a list of Symptoms/questions

To make your visit more effective and ensure all your concerns are addressed, it’s important to come prepared. Prepare a list of questions/symptoms prior to your visit.

  • What symptoms you're experiencing. How severe they are (mild/moderate/severe)
  • When they started, and how often they occur
  • What makes them better or worse
  • Any medication allergies
  • Any recent travel or exposure to illness
  • Sleep habits, stress levels, or changes in weight/appetite
  • Any family history

Prepare medical records

Whether you are visiting us for the first time or coming for a follow-up visits, it is important that you bring your relevant medical records to your appointment. Please follow these instructions:

  • Discharge summaries from hospitals
  • Outpatient consultation notes
  • Diagnostic reports (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, lab tests)
  • Current prescriptions
  • Immunization records
  • Surgical history

If you have digital copies, please carry them in a pen drive or be ready to share with the providers.


Review pre-appointment instructions

Follow the pre-appointment instructions to help ensure a seamless and efficient visit. These guidelines are designed to prepare you ahead of time, minimize delays, and ensure the best possible outcome for your appointment.

  • Confirm your appointment 24–48 hours in advance.
  • If required, complete any pre-visit paperwork online or bring it with you.
  • Arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for check-in, paperwork, and vital sign assessments.
  • Carry your valid ID, insurance card and any other methods of payment.
  • Follow our visitor guide if coming with a family member.
  • If coming for a procedure, follow the pre-procedure instructions for dietary restrictions.

Set up MyChart

Whether you are at work, on the road or at home, MyChart gives you online access to your medical information so you can:

  • Schedule primary care appointments. Manage your appointments by viewing your upcoming and past appointments.
  • Communicate with your health care provider
  • Access your test results and view your doctor's comments.
  • Pay bills online.
  • Request prescription refills.

Directions/Parking

Whether you are visiting Riverview for general physicals or for a procedure, please follow our directions and parking guidelines for your visit.

Noblesville Entrances:

  • Entrance 1 (ER): Open 24/7
  • Entrance 2 (Visitors): Open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily
  • Entrance 3 (Women's Pavilion): Open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Friday

Westfield Hospital visitors should use the main entrance. For directions to a specific location, please click on the location to view it on the map.

Patient Family Advisory Council

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have experience with the Riverview Health team personally or through a loved one
  • Want to collaborate with other volunteer advisors
  • Represent the diversity of the patients, caregivers, and community members that we serve

Thank you for visiting us. Your health and recovery remain our highest priority. You can now access your appointment summary, post-visit instructions, provider notes, and treatment plans through MyChart.

If you need medications, you can send in a request to pick up from our Outpatient Pharmacy at Entrance #5.

Check for test results

With MyChart, you can view test results as soon as they become available. To view test results, go to Test Results. Select a test to see more information about it.

To download a PDF file of your past test results over time:

  • Go to Test Results
  • Select the test result you want to download
  • Click Compare result trends

In the Download results section at the bottom of the page, click Download. Update your communication preferences, to get notifications when your results are added to MyChart.

Schedule follow-up visits

You now have multiple convenient options to schedule a follow-up visit with your physician. You can do so through MyChart, request a call from the clinic, contact the provider’s office directly, or book online via our website.

Our website also lets you view available appointment times based on the type of visit and the provider you need, and you can schedule directly - even without a MyChart account.

Estimate cost

To benefit the community and patients we serve, we are happy to help you estimate upcoming healthcare costs.

A patient may ask for an estimate of the amount the patient will be charged for a non-emergency medical service provided in this facility. The law requires that an estimate be provided within five business days. If you would like to request an estimate for non-emergent services, please contact our customer service department at 317.776.7141 or 800.523.6001 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
