The staff is never rushed. MA Amy took my vitals and spoke to me about the reason I was there. Alla is always thorough about covering everything about past visits and checking to be sure all issues are addressed.
I have been with Alla and Becky since Alla cam on with Riverview so over 20 years,I wouldn't trust anyone else with my PMC,Alla and Becky make you feel like family, They always listen to my concerns and always try to give the best resources and referrals as promptly as they can and always try to find a solution that best fits my needs.

Nurse Practitioner Alla Soyfer is outstanding, she listens to my concerns and actively seeks ways to assist and improve my conditions. She is the best, I would prefer seeing her for all my health issues than any doctor I have seen in the past. I can tell she truly cares about my concerns and my health and me as a person. I would like to give her the highest rating possible. The only negative thing I would say is she seemed a little rushed for time, perhaps she is having to see too many patients in in day.

I love the way they make it a safe, comfortable and a easy place to talk about uncomfortable things. I'm a closed book and talking about my problems isn't something I like doing. With doctors I should be more open but have never been comfortable enough with my clipboard doctors I had before. When I changed to Alla Soyfer and started coming here, my life has also gotten better. Having a doctor that takes time to talk with me and makes a big difference on how my health care is treated. I would rather have my Dr care enough to interrogate me about my life style than a doctor who doesn't even look at my face. Just writes a script and gets me out as fast as they can to get to the next. Thank you to the nurses and doctors at this facility. It has been a nice change that I needed. If these doctors and nurses get paid for quality of care and not just how many patients than their quality pay would be the highest in the field they should be making Dak Prescott money. Alla Soyfer is the one and only physician I have had in my 41 years that listens to her patients and takes care of them properly accordingly! The staff is warm and welcoming, and the nurses I have dealt with with Sawyer make you really feel at ease. I highly recommend Alla, I am so blessed to have found her. The front desk staff were all very friendly, as was the MA who took my back. NP Soyfer was wonderful to work with. She truly listened, cared, and was very thorough in her examination and orders. I had to get my flu shot and blood drawn and the MA was great again. I didn’t even feel the shot and she hit my vein for the blood draw on the first try, which is something that rarely happens to me! Overall a great office visit.
