Dr. Soyfer, whom I only call by her last name here because I do not wish to misspell her precious given name. She is the MOST attentive DOCTOR I have ever had! She always knows my story once again, and instantaneously recalls nearly everything about me, my medical history, personal details. I love it! I don't ever have to start over-explaining my whole bag of dirt again from the top. She remembers where we left off, gets on me firmly and assertively when I've skipped appts or missed an exam or test! Without really looking at anything but ME! She is instinctual and progressive and more capable and has a bedside manner that beats every doctor that I've ever known. This is a true and accurate and VERY FAVORABLE comment, to the best of HER ability. For the life of me I can't wrap my head around whatever made her decide to forgo becoming an MD or a PHD or all the Ds but thank God she chose this path that we have now crossed into one another. Originally I was under the care of Heather whom recently taken another position within the company. She was by far the best provider I’ve ever seen. Listened, compassionate, honest, patient, respectful. After transitioning to Ala yesterday I feel so much weight lifted. Ala was amazing! Nurse Practitioner Alla Soyfer is outstanding, she listens to my concerns and actively seeks ways to assist and improve my conditions. She is the best, I would prefer seeing her for all my health issues than any doctor I have seen in the past. I can tell she truly cares about my concerns and my health and me as a person. I would like to give her the highest rating possible. The only negative thing I would say is she seemed a little rushed for time, perhaps she is having to see too many patients in in day.

I've been going to Alla Soyfer for years along with their nurse Becky she listens to us and she makes sure that she can figure out what is wrong with you and go to every measure to help you and Becky is great great personality can get that blood on the first try love them both

I love the way they make it a safe, comfortable and a easy place to talk about uncomfortable things. I'm a closed book and talking about my problems isn't something I like doing. With doctors I should be more open but have never been comfortable enough with my clipboard doctors I had before. When I changed to Alla Soyfer and started coming here, my life has also gotten better. Having a doctor that takes time to talk with me and makes a big difference on how my health care is treated. I would rather have my Dr care enough to interrogate me about my life style than a doctor who doesn't even look at my face. Just writes a script and gets me out as fast as they can to get to the next. Thank you to the nurses and doctors at this facility. It has been a nice change that I needed. If these doctors and nurses get paid for quality of care and not just how many patients than their quality pay would be the highest in the field they should be making Dak Prescott money. The front desk staff were all very friendly, as was the MA who took my back. NP Soyfer was wonderful to work with. She truly listened, cared, and was very thorough in her examination and orders. I had to get my flu shot and blood drawn and the MA was great again. I didn’t even feel the shot and she hit my vein for the blood draw on the first try, which is something that rarely happens to me! Overall a great office visit.
