Dr. Reinert and Lori were amazing! I had a very stressful time trying to find a provider after moving across the country and learning to navigate a new heath insurance plan. It is i pirtant to me that I have a provider that is thorough and listens to me, as my experience has been that many providers don't. I am grateful to have found Dr. Reinert and the team at Riverview Health and motivated to be the healthy person that I can after dealing with a lot of stress, changes and getting older.
I feel listened to which can be tough to find in a practice. All the staff from check in to check out are professional and kind. My experience has been extremely positive.
