Katie Towles, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN Hospitalist dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She chose obstetrics and gynecology for the unique opportunity to support patients through every stage of life. At Riverview Health, she is proud to collaborate with a skilled team to deliver high-quality, hospital-based care.

With extensive experience in labor, delivery, and gynecologic emergencies, Dr. Towles brings warmth, knowledge, and patience to every encounter. She strives to create a safe, empowering birth experience tailored to each patient’s needs. Trauma-informed and inclusive care is central to her practice philosophy.
