Was greeted by the friendly office staff and given the standard information sheet to fill out. Was shortly called by the nurse and the initial exam and review of medicine and any concerns. Dr. Emford was welcoming and discussed any issues that I may be concerned with and explained their system very clearly and future procedures that I may consider. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole staff and looking forward to working with them towards better health.

Appreciated that I was able to schedule a same day visit for an acute care issue. Very friendly staff and clean and comfortable reception area. I arrived 10 minutes early and within 5 minutes was in the exam room. My wait for the doctor was another 5 minutes. I was treated for my issue promptly and professionally. My appointment was 1:00 and I was back in my car by 1:20. 5 star experience!

Dr. Emford and the staff, like Nick [ ], are thoughtful, conscientious and responsive to the patient's needs. The location is extremely convenient and the office is a low stress environment. I cannot recommend this staff, location, and range of services more, please consider adding them to your network of care providers.
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Emford, the nurses and the front desk staff at this facility. I have been several times and everyone is always very courteous, positive, and easiest to speak with.

Coming from a practice where I felt that none of the staff was friendly, helpful, or cared about my concerns, your office was an absolute breath of fresh air. All of your staff was delightful, I didn’t have to wait, and Dr. Emford gave me a lot of time and listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one to my satisfaction.
