Jennifer was efficient, compassionate and professional. I have never felt rushed in an appointment w/ Jennifer or Dr [ ]. They treat you as an individual and w/ respect. So many Physicians rush you in and out, are condescending and impersonal, Jennifer and Dr. Marlin are a rare exception and I highly recommend them for any orthopedic concern.

PA Jen is loving, caring, and the type no question is too big or small during an office visit. Her attention is totally on you the patient, never a rush to get you out of there, and encourages you to call anytime! As a patient I really feel that I matter, I feel the genuine loving care, patience, encouragement, and support. I’m very blessed to be under their care!!!!!!!!
Everyone in Dr [ ] office is welcoming always greeting you with a warm smile. The PA Jen is absolutely amazing. Her bedside manner and her vast knowledge of my knee replacement is fantastic. Nurse practitioner Jennifer has cared for me through my back to back knee replacements on my right and left knee. I have had a lot of concerns that have come up during my recovery and she has always put my concerns at ease by answering any questions I have and reassuring me that my progress is great and healing takes time. During my follow up visits NP Jennifer never makes me feel like she is rushed to get to the next patient and that I am her most important priority when she is in the room with me.

Nurse practitioner, Jennifer Burch, Dr. [ ] and staff were absolutely wonderful through the whole process of having my knee replacement on both knees. They treated me with compassion and understanding about my healing process and returning to work. They also did not make me feel rushed when I was expressing concerns about my healing or my concern for returning to work. I felt seen and heard as a person not just another patient.
Dr Malin, Jennifer Burch NP and all the staff were amazing! I had my right knee replacement on [redacted date] and then my left knee replacement on [redacted date]. They took the time to answer all my questions and to educate me and reassure me about the process. They also referred me to resources like MEALS ON WHEELS and in-home patient physical therapy. They treated me compassion and respect. I felt like they were looking at me as a patient instead of just a number. (dates redacted to protect patient confidentiality)
