They handled my lab tests and medication arrangements, and they also took care of scheduling my future appointments with specialists. They are excellent, highly professional staff members.

Only reason for not recommending to nearby friends is that we live about an hour's drive from dr's office & hospital. We continue to go there only because my husband and I absolutely love NP Dervenis.. Trust her decisions as she always explains them.

Nurse Practitioner K Dervenis shows compassion, she is recognizing and understanding my suffering and is motivated to relieve it. She does this through actions like active listening, providing comfort, showing genuine understanding, and advocating for my needs, which leads to better patient outcomes and trust. She is genuine and I thank God every day for her. She has saved my life and gave me hope.
