I seen the nurse practitioner was very concerned with my issues I was having sent me for bloodwork and x-rays. As soon as the bloodwork came back, they were on the phone calling me. I was very impressed.

I saw Cara today and she is very attentive, caring, kind and thorough as always. I never feel rushed or unheard here from the front office people to end of my appt, everyone is very helpful and give me peace of mind navigating my "issues" that are still yet to be pinpointed down. From referrals and being quickly responsive to any calls, messages or getting in for appts Ive always felt comfortable and respected as a human being, not just another pt. Another positive experience and woukd go nowhere else for primary care. Thank you Cara and staff!!!

The ladies are always nice, understanding, and try to be as accommodating as possible. That goes a long way in health care.
The doctor was fabulous. She listened to my concerns, explained what was going on and what would be happening, and she took the necessary steps to help me move forward. I appreciate the help, kindness, knowledge, and accommodating factors to ensure my understanding of the diagnosis. I have a generalized anxiety disorder and I felt like my needs were accommodated. Thank you, I'll be back.

I absolutely love the whole staff at East. The triage nurse is always quick to read my messages thru the portal, Dr [ ] was quick to respond and is always great in general, and Kara was kind and listened to my concerns. Teresa and the front desk are always friendly, which as someone who works in a medical setting, I appreciate. And even Dr [ ]'s nurse Margaret who did not room me for my visit, came out to chat with me. I am always just so appreciative of this staff.
