Great response with warm discussions. Explained the regular checkup process nicely, guiding and being gentle all the way. It was quick and fast as well.
This was my first appointment. I was nervous. The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Dr Hillhouse spent a lot of time with me. She answered all my questions and explained the answers. I’m confident she will help me manage my health concerns. Positive and informative appointment!

My visit was as good as usual with Dr. Hillhouse and her team. My only comment was, I’m not a fan of the new check in area. It’s hard to hear the front desk when she’s talking to you when someone else is checking in at the counter that is something else. It was just seemed loud for a small space having two diffeeent areas for check in at the counter.

I wish there was a little more care - once a month and long periods between appointments is a bit unsettling as a new pregnant individual. I wish more options were provided- PT/birthing prep, classes and science based education, etc.

The MA was very kind and friendly and the labs she drew on me did not hurt at all. She was fast and efficient. Dr. Hillhouse was very thorough and explained everything perfectly. My entire visit was excellent from the check in to the check out.
I followed Dr. Hillhouse and her staff from Witham to Riverview. She is very kind, thorough, personable and knowledgeable.
She listened to all my concerns, and took me serious. I have seen many OBGYNS and none of them has suggested a work up or what she did. I am very hopeful now that I have her in my corner.

I want to thank everybody, I was running for the appointment due to job issues and when I called saying that I was going to be a little bit late, the answer was so nice and told me that they were able to wait for me. Hearing someone being nice instead of telling you to don’t come was very helpful to feel that I’m not just a number as a patient
