The reception is friendly your appointment is always on time! A great experience the nurse goes over your medication ask the right question! At my age my wife is better answer then me! The Dr said we can just medicate and drain which be faster what we did I appreciate getting me in yesterday to take care of the sore!
I can always get in quickly if needed. I feel like I'm not rushed during my appointment. All staff members are kind and caring.

I had a great experience with my PA. I typically see David but was able to get in sooner. She took the time, heard me, and I even got a call over the weekend so I could start antibiotics earlier! This is another reason I drive over an hour!

I’m thankful to everyone that works at the Cicero location. I always receive really good help when it comes to check in / check out to the nurse practitioners assisting onto the doctors visits. I’m so thankful for the Riverview Cicero team that huddled together everyday to serve their patients inward to wellness!
I was having sore throat and coughing and called to get an appointment. They got me in that morning! Everyone in the office is very pleasant and caring!

they forgot to send in my prescription to the CVS. TOOK ME 3 trips to the pharmacy before I got my meds and about 6 phone calls
