Lisa was very attentive to my concerns and genuinely concerned about helping me resolve my health issue. Meghan, the MA, was also very kind, helpful, and attentive. I truly felt well cared for and appreciated the excellent attention I received.
She is a very professional, a great commicator, and very knowledgeable in her field. I will ask for her next time I need to see an NP.
Lisa was very helpful because she took the time to listen, exam, assure me I wasn’t crazy, and helped me recognize I was not alone - that this was normal. She suggested books, supplements to help where my bloodwork showed the need, and was willing to put in for another blood work up just to make sure there isn’t anything else we could do to improve my health and pain.
She took time to answer all my questions about starting on GLP-1 medication. Appreciated her insight.
Very pleased with appointment
I was running late due to a crash and they were patient and understanding. I did make it before they closed so it turned out ok. Lisa listened and asked questions I didn't feel being judged for refilling a controlled substance. Also talked about alternatives

Thorough, patient, cordial, thoughtful--these words best describe my care experience yesterday. The same is true of the medical assistant who did the preliminary intake work. I have personally set up employee health clinics for my employee populations, and I hope that any of them were as good as this one is and these people are in serving employees and families. Really wonderful, caring people work here!!!
