Everyone in the office, is very helpful and friendly.Lori Jacobus (NP) and Aireole (asst/floater) were so very attentive and listened to my ailments.I got an x-ray and the 2 ladies that did it were so professional and concerned about my pain.

Loren (Lori) Jacobus always demonstrates a spirit of excellence & I remain grateful for her level of knowledge, professionalism & kindness! I was restricted from being able to see her for a period of time since my employer insurance only covered within network or pay higher out of network cost which I couldn’t afford. But my new insurance allows more options & I was thankful to return to her trustworthy care! Thanks Lori for being such a blessing to me & I’m sure to all your other patients as well. My NP Lori Jacobus spent about 40 min, double the usual a lotted time, with me during my annual physical. She answered all my questions about other issues. There wasn’t a moment I felt rushed. She takes the time to get to know you by asking questions about you and your family. She is truly amazing

I got to meet the “student” today and I really liked her as well. I think she fits in well with the two NPs I usually see here. Lovely caring NPs who work hard to find root causes. I moved and I refuse to get a new doc office I still commute to this one.
