The fact the staff took time to review my chart before the appointment was amazing. During the appointment as well, the detailed and methodical questions made me feel acknowledged and heard. Lastly, the support for submitting additional referrals was very welcoming.
From start to finish when I walked in the door everyone was on point with their duties and very courteous it was by far the best experience I've ever had at a doctor's office.
I cannot say enough about the team at Dr. Aguilar’s office, they are anbsolute angels. I had An urgent appointment need in order to maintain my fertility treatment timeline at a different provider, they heard my concern and panic and found a way to not only get me in the following day, but handled my appointment with such care and concern knowing the challenges I’m currently facing. Snaps to the entire office team, I cannot recommend Riverview Westfield primary care enough!!

I am new to Indiana and the moment I arrived, I was greeted and helped to find my doc’s office. From there, my experience only went up from there. Lori, my nurse and my PA, McKayla West, were next level wonderful and kind. For once I feel seen and feel as though I have a true advocate for my health.

I love PA Micayla West. She is so attentive. She listens, doesn’t jump to conclusions immediately, and never makes me feel rushed. Her MA is also great. Front office staff tends to act like you are bothering them, though.
