Nic is Great . He gave me alternatives verses what insurance will or may not pay for at the time of the appt . And guided me to my best options for my issues . Referring me to Riverview Ortho but started me on a maintenance med. for the meantime .

Nic was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and treated me in a way that made me feel well cared for. He didn't rush and he took the time needed to fully assess my needs and find the right care. I know how hard and stressful healthcare can be and he has been one of the best professionals that I've come accross. The office staff was great too! Much appreciated!
The person who answered and helped schedule me for a same day visit was friendly and professional. Jasmine was professional and made sure to keep HIPAA compliance when giving PHI to her with others in the lobby and I appreciated that. The nurse, Kyla?, was very professional and pleasant. Nic was thorough and spent the time needed with me to help fully understand the problem and come up with a solution. Great professionalism and was personable!Everyone made me feel so welcome at my first visit. I felt like I was well cared for vs. Feeling like a burden and rushed in and out of the office. Service was also timely. I think I found my new PCP home! Thank you!
