I was very nervous about my 1st appointment but I was completely relax with Dr. Klein and Katherine. Dr. Klein explained everything very clearly and made me comfortable and confident. Thank you and will be seeing you again. I give her a 10 !

I had the shield from one of my hearing aids in my ear. It was very painful. Madison went above and beyond to get me in their schedule. Dr. Klein was able to remove it quickly and examined both ears. What a relief. Thank you!

Waited 45 mins beyond my appointment time after office staff checked me in, nurse called me back & completed the initial patient questions. No one mentioned the Dr was running behind & no one came to the room. I noticed the Dr completing voice notes & realized I was not the next patient to be seen as I headed back to the front office to explain that it was 45 mins beyond my appt time. Some communication would have allowed me to change my schedule. I flew to Indy for Dr’s appts & will now need find another ENT to continue my allergy drops.
I was seen at my appointment time. Each member of the staff I encountered leading up to and following my visit with Dr Klein were warm,courteous and professional. Dr Klein was personable and thoughough in her assesment of the issues I brought to her. I felt like we established a solid plan to resolve the health problems I was there to see her for.
