The receptionist (didn't catch her name but 20-something with long blond hair) was very helpful in updating my insurance information and making copies of the documents from surgery costs I needed. And Sara Hannon was extremely thorough, answered all my post op questions (and there were a bunch) and walked me through the components of my new hip, showing me the before/after X-rays.
