Sarah Heckman was absolutely incredible during my visit on Wednesday and her follow up was unlike anything I have seen from any healthcare provider. She took the time to explain every single result from my bloodwork and even included next steps, while we try to get to the bottom of my symptoms. I also started seeing Dr. [ ] this year, who has also been an incredible listener and instrumental in me feeling like there’s hope for finding a solution to my pain. My experience over the last 15 years with various doctors several different nurse practitioners and many different nursing staff has been outstanding. I have always been treated with respect, my questions And their answers have been at a peer to peer level - zero condescension. I brought my parents here and they both got excellent care. I have moved my husband Care here. They have worked with us on many different levels. I feel very blessed to have this group of physicians and healthcare workers taking care of me and my family. I’ve been dealing with ongoing medical issues and scheduling, actually her name is Alyssa is awesome about getting me in in a timely manner. I usually see Sarah Heckman and she is great. We have a great rapport. I can talk to her about anything, I feel the same way about Dr. [ ].
