Staff knows exactly what to do. The doctor is very poised and knowledgeable and seeing Becky is always a joy! My only comment is the employee would not make an appointment for me going for she asked me to stop and do it and I said I’m in a hurry to go to work and I said often there’s other people there, but I thought it would be easy for the staff to go ahead and schedule me for three months out, that was the only hitch

Honestly the best staff and surgeon this one legged girl could ask for when I blew out my shoulder. Dr. Jacobson was professional, and also kind and understanding. Very precise and on task to get me back to my best health. I graduated from major shoulder scope and bicep tendon tear 2 months early thanks to his amazing skills. My PT with Christie & Kelsi was top notch at Riverview as well! Cannot say enough great things! So happy!!!
