My first appt with Terri, I could tell she listened and wanted to help with anything I needed. Her and the office staff follow through. The staff in the office are friendly and kind as well. The last time I was in, I had an appt, then she had me do an X-ray. All of it took 40 minutes, my appt was at 8:00 am and I was walking out at 8:40. I would recommend Terri Powell and Westfield Riverview to anyone looking for great care.
I have not found a family care office I felt comfortable in, not judged etc With Terry and everyone I have spoken to or dealt with, I have been treated with kindness and felt comfortable, like they actually care about my wellbeing. I do recommend the office and Terry to anyone looking for general care or woman my age looking for someone that listens. Terry listens and I really like her.

Nurse Practitioner Terri Powell answered all my questions and I felt more confident about my health than any previous trip. Medical assistant doing blood work and EKG was very professional.

I have never waited more than 10 minutes at my appointments. My prescriptions are always called in immediately. The staff is always on point and greets you with a genuine smile . Dr.Andrew [ ] did my hip replacement and left the hospital the next morning ( i went in a wheelchair- left walking and didn’t even finish my pain medicine . best health care choice I have ever made .
I am not certain how long I have been a patient with westfield medical but as long as i have been going to westfield/riverview I have never waited longer than 10 minutes. My prescriptions are always promptly called in . The staff is always on top of everything and my primary care Terri Powell is the best of the best- SHE LISTENS , she always has an answer when it comes to my medical needs. I also had hip replacement surgery with Andrew [ ] about 6 years ago and left the hospital the next morning . not even having to finish my pain medicine . I hope i never have to look for another health care provider - westfield medical/ riverview best of the best in my book. Thank you Terri and Dr. [ ] and your incredible staff!

I think they do a good job scheduling because I really feel that my wait in seeing the doctor isn't a real long wait. That's important to me . The NP (Terry Powell) that see me does a very good examination and very concern of by well being.

Teri Powell, NP is fantastic! She takes the time to listen and asks all the right questions at my annual physical to make sure I’m doing OK and on the right track! It’s just a little confusing when getting blood work and making appointments, etc. to know whether we’re supposed to still say Dr. [ ] or Teri Powell, in the system. It’s an unusual situation with no doctor and just going to a nurse practitioner. But I love the care that I’m getting from her and the front office staff is super friendly and helpful!
