For over a year I had been dealing with issues that I felt were gall bladder related. I had been through several tests and finally asked if I could have my gall bladder removed. I made an appointment with Dr. Shin’s office. His nurse Lindsay was so kind and compassionate. Dr Shin listened to me. I felt like he understood me and wanted to help me feel better. I trusted him to take care of me. The day of surgery went so smoothly. The anesthesiologist was awesome! I told him about the issue I had at my last surgery with nausea. I woke up feeling GREAT! Everyone on the surgical staff was amazing. They were all so kind in taking care of me. They were awesome! They made sure I was comfortable at all times. I am so pleased with my entire experience. Dr Shin and the entire staff gave me my life back! I can’t thank them enough.
