| Lab Visit (20 minutes) Choose this appointment type to have labs drawn or a vaccine administered. Patients must bring an order for the labs and/or vaccines. This visit type is for new and existing patients. |

| Video Visit (20 minutes) This visit can only be scheduled by calling the office. Video visits are appropriate for follow-up appointments for the following conditions: ADHD, anxiety, depression, GERD (acid reflux), and refills for over-the-counter medications. |
