Direct Access Laboratory Testing

Thank you for your interest in Direct Access Testing at Riverview Health.

Please complete the registration form below––one registration form submission per person. Indicate the test(s) you would like to purchase by checking the box in front of your selected test(s). The system will tabulate your total and provide you with a recap prior to your final purchase. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted.

Your receipt will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on the registration form. Tests are provided on a walk-in basis during normal laboratory business hours. Please print the receipt when you're ready and bring it with you to one of our two outpatient labs––one in our Noblesville hospital and one in our Westfield hospital.

Outpatient Laboratory Locations

• Noblesville Hospital––Park and enter through Entrance #1 and check in at registration around the corner from the ER lobby.
• Westfield Hospital––Park and enter through the Main Entrance and check in at registration.

Lab hours for both locations:

Monday-Friday: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Baseline EKGs
Baseline EKG appointments are only for adults age 18 and older and are only performed Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. After you make your purchase, print your receipt and call 317.776.7444 to schedule your EKG. When it's time for your appointment, take your receipt and report to the Courtney Cox Cole Infusion Center on the second floor (main floor) of our Noblesville hospital (Entrance 1).
