I have been a patient at American Health Network, Community and IU. Riverview is the most professional patient focused of these 4 hospital systems for many reasons: (1) you speak to a human without having to complete an annoying automated sequence; (2) people making patient appointments offer alternatives if your need is immediate and your doctor is unavailable; (3) test results are provided much more quickly than I have experienced with other providers; and, last but not least, waiting times are reasonable. All of the Riverview staff I have interacted with have been helpful, friendly and professional.

I was concerned about a infection and requested a referral for a lab test. I received an immediate response to come to the office the next day before a referral for labs. My visit with Ann Biddle was detailed and addressed all my questions. I did subsequently have labs and had the results the next day. I appreciated that my concerns were taken seriously and necessary action taken as well as a 2 week follow up to insure the problem was resolved. Everyone was friendly as well as efficient. Thanks all. I feel the care I received was exceptional.
