Dr Cox’s assistant was curteous, friendly, and proficient at taking my vitals and syringing out wax buildup in both ears. Dr Cox who cancelled two previous appointments (both day of) was punctual, professional, and empathetic to my concerns and in delivering insights and results from his examinations. I really appreciate how he’s so knowledgeable and sincere in his care and explanations.
Dr Cox was attentive, answered my questions and addressed my concerns.
Takes time for patience s. Explains condition and treatment options well. Little or no wait time to see the doctor when you arrive on time or a little early for your appointment. Good environment. Office located a few minutes from hospital. Sometimes not always available. Can be very busy at times. Sometimes appointments may be 3 or 4 weeks out from the day you call but most of the time two weeks or less for appointments.

I saw Dr Cox on [Date]. The whole experience was much improved from previous visits. I was greeted and checked in promptly. I was called back to the visitation room even before my appointment time, and a nurse and assistant were there to check my medications, my blood pressure, and oxygen level. Dr Cox came into the room in about a minute after they left. I can see and felt the improvement from previous visits.
