Kelly with the strawberry blonde hair is great! Not everyone there is. She always makes me feel heard and takes the time to listen. She cares. She doesn't rush me out or treat me differently due to my insurance. I used to have great insurance then my health took a turn and I had to get Medicaid. I watched the way almost everyone there treated me differently after that. Not her. I would recommend this place to friends but only certain doctors and PA's. I've been going here since I was 15. I'm now 42. Kelly had been there from the beginning. She should be valued!

I make it a rule to NEVER rate surveys as either an absolute highest rating or absolute lowest rating. I rated my response a 10 because Noblesville Family Medicine has always treated me with kindness, professionalism, and skill, from everyone at the front desk, to the schedulers, to the lab techs/phlebotomists, to the nurses, PAs, and doctors. A quick compliment to your phlebotomists. I have needle anxiety and yet for the years that I have been getting lab work done at your office, I have NEVER had a fearful or painful experience. Their skill and care have helped me greatly temper my anxiety around blood draws. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Kelly S. McRae, is a great PA. She is a great listener which helps me feel comfortable and at ease. She physically and verbally evaluated my concerns. She ordered the appropriate tests and then came up with a treatment plan that I felt very comfortable with doing. She also gave me instructions on what to do if certain complications should arise while at home. I would recommend her anytime.
