Nicholas is a fantastic physician with impeccable bedside manner. Extremely personable but never overbearing. Helpful in every way, putting me at ease and answering all my questions. I'd recommend to everybody! Plus the front desk staff and nurse were each friendly and present in a way that made you feel like you're the only patient there. It was a comfortable and pleasant experience and I got all the care and assistance I came for.
I’m not a new customer. I’ve been a patient at Prairie Lake since 2007. A lot of changes. But I must say, my experience with Nick yesterday was wonderful! Between Mary and Nick, they put me at ease. I’ve had health issues and they made it easy for me to make the decision to do what I needed to do. I’m so happy I stuck it out!

The nurse practitioner was excellent and really helpful to me. I would come back to this clinic because of him, but unfortunately that was his last day there as he is kind of a “floater” for where clinics are needing support.
I am an 84-year-old male who, thankfully, is in reasonably good health. I became disillusioned with the medical care I was receiving at the state’s largest medical practice so chose to transfer to Riverview Primary Care East. I continue to be very pleased with my decision. RVPCE is a practice where all members of the team consistently display competence and compassion as they work with and for patients.

The person who answered and helped schedule me for a same day visit was friendly and professional. Jasmine was professional and made sure to keep HIPAA compliance when giving PHI to her with others in the lobby and I appreciated that. The nurse, Kyla?, was very professional and pleasant. Nic was thorough and spent the time needed with me to help fully understand the problem and come up with a solution. Great professionalism and was personable!Everyone made me feel so welcome at my first visit. I felt like I was well cared for vs. Feeling like a burden and rushed in and out of the office.
