Dr Ravichandran is wonderful! She takes her time with us. We are retired holistic physicians and would prefer no drugs, but we are old and having to deal with diseases of aging. She works with us to find a compromise between natural approaches and modern medicine. We love and appreciate her so much and we feel that she has given us longevity and quality of life!

The office staff of the Riverview Health Westfield Primary Care is very friendly always and also they did provide American Sign Language Interpreter for deaf patients, I am deaf patient. Westfield Primary Care is very good health care for me.

It was refreshing to see a provider that spent time discussing my health. I needed a dermatology referral and scheduling a bone density appointment. I barely arrived home and received a call from both providers and had appointments scheduled. I was amazed at how quickly i was contacted.

Doctor is responsive to messages, which I appreciate, but she is not personable when I'm in her office. Spends too much time facing the computer. Calls me "sweetie" because I'm older -- ALL my friends hate that. Started almost shouting, like she suddenly thought I was deaf at the end of our visit. Ignored my concerns. Refused to discuss medication issue in spite of my known history. Not going back. Have seen her a few times and I'm not happy.
