Every experience I have had with all individuals has been very very good and I love coming there to the Dr.

Doctor does not seem to take my concerns seriously. Always quick to exam and dismiss. I will be looking for a new facility.

The staff at the front desk are always friendly and helpful, and so are the staff who work in the lab. I always enjoy visiting Dr. Snyder. He always makes me feel that I'm important, and he actually listens and hears what I'm saying. I never have problems getting am appointment, and the wait time to see the doctor is always minimal. I also enjoy getting the calls on my labs from Heather and Tricia. They're always nice to speak with and informative.
If I have an issue, they always get me in right away most of the time the same day

Mollie at the check-in desk is always pleasant and helpful. I actually enjoy seeing Dr. Snyder. He's very good at his job, and I'm comfortable with him. He monitors my medication constantly, and he makes sure that all is well with me. He's nice and friendly to talk to you, but he doesn't pull any punches. He tells it like it is, and I appreciate that.
I appreciate the fact that my doctor and the nurse ,both listen and actually hear my concerns and do not dispense what I’m saying. They state the facts, and do not force me to make a decision until I’ve had time to think it through on my own.
